As a former fundraising and events director, contestant in the Miss America Competition and professional singer/songwriter, I know a little something about wearing a million hats — and the toll it can take on your mental wellness.
In fact, I was on anxiety medications and sleep medications for 7 years before teaching my brain to thrive medication-free. Learning to calm my mind led me to discover all of the ways I was subconsciously sabotaging my own joy and success.
It’s now my personal mission to help women understand how their minds work, so they can cultivate more peace - while also attaining wild success emotionally and financially.
Combining my experience as a 700-hour Certified Hypnotherapist, Corporate Yoga Instructor, former behavioral sciences therapist and neuroscience geek, I created THE CALM EDGE, a personalized 1:1 Hypno Coaching Experience for entrepreneurs and women in tech.
Also, as a former Division III collegiate athlete and firm believer in the mind-body connection, I set out to close the gap between emotional health and physical health with a hypnosis program specifically designed to create a healthier body:
This led me to launch HAPPY BODY BLUEPRINT: a members-only podcast + hypnosis kit designed to help women transform their relationship to food, exercise and stress so they can lose weight sustainably and permanently.
When I’m not lulling my clients into a deep state of trance, you can find me rollerblading the SoCal strand, reading my favorite self-help books and beach hopping in the South Pacific.
