At 31, I looked like I had it all together — thriving in a high-level role as Events Director for a nonprofit in Beverly Hills. But behind the scenes, I was unraveling.
I was anxious, burnt out, and stuck in a constant loop of overthinking and people-pleasing. I couldn’t sleep. I was on anxiety medication. I had high blood pressure despite being physically healthy. And I kept attracting toxic relationships, even though I deeply craved stability and love.
When I finally walked into a hypnotherapy session, I had no idea it would change everything.
Within just a few sessions, I felt my mind begin to slow down. I started sleeping better. I began craving meditation (something I’d hated before). With consistency — and under the care of my doctor — I eventually weaned off anxiety meds completely.
That was over 8 years ago. I’ve never gone back.
Today, I help high-performing women who feel like they’re spiraling inside — even if no one else can see it — reconnect with their calm, clarity, and confidence using therapeutic hypnosis and breathwork. This work changed my life. Now it’s your turn.
